- Position – Outside Half / Full Back
- Will be remembered as the greatest goal kicker in modern day rugby.
- Secured the World points scoring record with a conversion against Western Samoa in the 2001 Rugby World Cup – His record currently stands at 1029 points.
- Winning his first cap in 1991 against England, he went on to play 84 times for his country.
- Played in 2 Lions Tours in 1997 to South Africa and 2001 to Australia, playing in 4 tests along the way.
- His kicking in the 1997 tour to South Africa was a major factor in securing the series win.
- His last minute conversion of Scott Gibbs try against England at Wembley in 1999 will go down in modern Welsh Rugby folklore.
