Clubs – Cardiff, RAF, Newbridge, Barbarians.
Position - Outside Half / Centre Only Welsh International in history to score two tries against a touring South Africa.
Captained Cardiff 1949 – 1950 and between 1953 – 54
Captained Wales in 5 Internationals, all won, including match versus New Zealand in 1953.
Played in 20 games for the Lions in tour of New Zealand and Australia, playing in all test matches (including captaining the test team for the last two tests).
He is one of 8 brothers to play for Cardiff, including brother Lloyd who also played for Wales.
