Clive Rowlands
- Born – Upper Cwmtwrch – 14th May 1938
- Clubs – Abercrave, Pontypool, Llanelli, Swansea.
- Position – Scrum Half Captained Wales in every game he played!!
- Captained Pontypool in 1962 – 63 season, and Swansea in 1967 – 1968 season.
- National team coach between 1968 – 1974
- Manager of the Welsh Team to Australia 1978, and the British Lions tour to Australia in 1989. Also managed the British Isles team versus the rest of the world team in 1986.
- Managed Wales in the 1987 World Cup.
- President of the WRU in 1989.
